We are committed to developing the potential of each individual by using person centred approaches to create programmes of activities and support within a mainly horticultural setting.

We offer a range of activities for people with a learning disability, based mainly in a horticultural and recycling environment, along with access to other community based opportunities and accredited training courses. These provide a starting point for developing skills such as communication, working with others, confidence building, being safe and other work-related skills.

Through continuous assessment and by working with other key partners we identify each person’s needs and together agree relevant structured activities. We identify the barriers to learning, independence, accessing work and self advocacy and design strategies to support each student in overcoming these.

By working together, helping each other, interacting and socialising within a friendly and happy environment a sense of purpose and value is achieved.
