• Future Directions CIC is a high quality social care provider based in Chadderton in Oldham. Our intention is to drive the personalisation agenda so that each individual who we support has their own contract/service agreement to meet their individual support needs.  We currently provide services in Manchester, Stockport, Trafford, Rochdale, Oldham, Halton, Warrington and Lancashire.
• Future Directions CIC is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care, supported living, domiciliary care and care homes without nursing. Future Directions CIC has been developed to provide the innovative services which individuals want and need.
• Future Directions CIC has extensive experience of working with Local Authority Commissioners and Primary Care Trust Commissioners in delivering high quality services, working differently and meeting the cost efficiencies required in the present financial climate.
• We have recently worked in collaboration with commissioners and local responsible social landlords to identify and develop different housing models that better meet the needs of the people who we support whilst at the same time are also more cost effective.
